- After receiving your payment, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
How long does delivery take?
- The estimated processing and delivery time for express shipping is approximately 5-7 business days. Please note that our shipping partners are experiencing delays due to COVID-19, which may result in longer delivery times.
Returns and exchanges
What are your return and refund policies?
- We offer a 30-day, hassle-free return and refund policy for all products purchased directly from Ushare Outdoor (gift cards are non-refundable). Returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories and made within 45 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Ushare Outdoor may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% if the product is returned in poor condition or with missing components. Refunds may be denied if the product was damaged due to improper use.
Can I exchange my items?
Exchanges are not possible. To replace your items with a different size, color, or size, please initiate a return for a refund of the original purchase price and place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
