We offer a 30-day, hassle-free return and refund policy for all products purchased directly from ATLASLAVA (gift cards are non-refundable). Returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories and sent within 45 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

We currently do not offer direct exchange options in our online store. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Place a new order: Once we receive and process your return, you can place a new order for the item you would like to receive in exchange.
