How long does it take to ship?
After receiving payment, it takes 1-3 days for the warehouse to process your order. You will be notified when your order is shipped.
How long does delivery take?
The estimated processing and delivery time for express delivery is approximately3-5 business days. Due to ongoing global shipping congestion, delivery may take longer than usual.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and refund policy for all products purchased directly from Atlaslava(gift cards are not refundable). Returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories and must be made within 45 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Atlaslava may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% if the product is returned in poor condition or is missing parts. If the product is damaged due to misuse, a refund may be refused.
Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges cannot be made. To exchange for a different size, color, or size, please initiate a return for a refund of the original purchase price and place a new order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
