We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please take some pictures and get in touch with our support team here who will get this sorted for you.

Let's face it. Returning goods may be a little troublesome. You ordered something. Now you have to send it back. But don't panic. At Atlaslava, we have tried to ensure that the process is as seamless as possible.

Atlaslava does not offer an exchange at present - refund only!

Item(s) must not be damaged, washed, altered or worn. You know what we mean guys; keep it free of stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.Item(s) cannot be returned if the care label has been cut/removed.

You have 30 days from the date you received your items to make a return. Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!

Return shipping costs are at customers' charge. Atlaslava doesn't provide prepaid shipping labels.

Note: If the return or replacement is not caused by quality problems, the buyer shall bear the return freight.

Pop-up store returns policy

Any items purchased from Atlaslava activities (i.e. pop-up stores) are non-refundable. Store points will be paid in full for returned items.

Once we receive the item, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.
