Return Policy

- We offer a 30-day hassle free return and refund policy for all of our products purchased from Ushare Outdoor directly, as well as exchanges. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you setup with a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt (purchase of gift cards are non-refundable). All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories, and must be sent within 45 days from submission to be eligible for a refund. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. Ushare Outdoor, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories. In addition, Ushare Outdoor reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Can I exchange my item(s)?

- We are unable to process exchanges. To replace your item(s) with a different size, color, or item please initiate a return for a refund on the original purchase and place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
